Summer Concert at Kirstenbosch
During the summer here in Cape Town, the Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden hosts concerts every Sunday that feature a variety of artists that are both local and from elsewhere in the world. It is a spectacular setting for sunset concerts and draws a diverse crowd of Capetonians, tourists, and students, among others. Tips: make sure to arrive early to purchase your tickets and claim your spot, bring a blanket, come prepared with a picnic basket full of snacks and drinks, and don’t forget a jacket or sweater as it cools down significantly once the sun goes down.

Kirstenbosch Day | Kirstenbosch Night | Too Loud | Day and Night Comparison

Too Loud – Delightful! How comforting that children react the same way, worldwide.
Day and Night Comparison – What a spectacular venue!

I’m glad you liked the pictures, Mom! Yes, the little boy was quite funny. Made me tired just to watch him run around! And indeed a beautiful venue. Not the Gorge, by any means (wink wink), like I told you, but… gorgeous all the same!
