Yes, I am indeed petting a lion cub! You’ll see a little grimace on my face because its claws (which are in my knee) are a bit more dangerous than those of our smaller, more domesticated feline friends.
It was at the Lion Park in Johannesburg.

You need a handheld gaming console for times like this.
Safe travels! And watch out for the hippos. And crocodiles. And anacondas. And anything with teeth. Or that is large. Or that isn’t nice. Does that cover it?

I don’t think she mentioned the bugs! How about ebola or west nile virus? Definitely wash your hands and sleep under misquito netting. If you see Zaboomafoo, can you get his autograph for Katie? She’s a big fan! We love you and can’t wait to follow your adventures!

Haha, thanks to all for the tips! I will make sure to keep my eyes out for those animals and anything that could be harmful.
